Pranalink charges a percentage of transaction fee per transaction, applied to the basic product price plus shipping.

Pranalink Transaction Fees percentage – For products – 6.5%, services – 6.5%, Corporate products – 10%, Corporate services – 20%, digital products – 20%, support for workshops – 50%.                             

The payment gateway (Stripe) charges of 2.9% + 30¢ are applicable on every transaction through Pranalink on the total transaction amount including shipping and taxes. 

*Stripe charges an additional 1.5% for international cards, i.e., the applicable payment processing fee will be 4.4% + 30¢ for international transactions.

The transaction fee and payment gateway charges will be deducted automatically before the sales amount is credited to your account. The net amount after the fees is credited by Stripe to your bank account registered to your Stripe account.
