How can I track my order shipment?

  1. Click on the ‘track your order’ on top of any page in Pranalink to track the current status of your order.
    1. A new window will appear. Enter your order id [found in your order confirmation email] and billing email [email used during checkout]
    1. Click ‘track’
    1. You will be redirected to a new window, where you can see the shipment status of your product.

*Note: The ‘Order shipment’ tab will be active on your dashboard, only if the vendor updates the tracking information of your order in his/her dashboard.
