I provide a safe space for self-discovery, where we can explore your emotions, thoughts, and limiting beliefs.
I am Italian, but I’ve spent most of my adult life abroad, so I can relate well to the issues that expats may face.
I am a certified counselor and when addressing psychological issues, I believe it’s essential to consider the mind, body, and emotions. To do that, I integrate different approaches into my practice, such as Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach, and the Internal Family System.
During our sessions, we might explore why recurring situations, emotions, or patterns keep reappearing in your life and address why you feel stuck in this cycle.
I emphasize working with emotions, as our upbringing may lead us to develop a dysfunctional relationship with specific emotions; I will help you understand the wisdom and energy carried within these emotions rather than simply labeling them as positive or negative.

This is a One-on-One online session.
Duration: This is a double session, with each session for 50 mins and after the first 50 mins session there is a break for 10 mins followed by the second 50 mins session
This format includes two hours of therapy for 6 consecutive days, which equals 12 hours.
