One Session Weekly, 50 minutes session
Note: Upon completion of registration, the date and time can be fixed by communicating through email. A Zoom link or Google Meet link will be shared with the registered email address.
Weekly therapy (Counselling or Psychotherapy) is an opportunity to focus on yourself and allow time to process what has been learned during therapy sessions.
I specialize in providing counseling and psychotherapy to professionals who are struggling with anxiety symptoms but want to feel calmer and more content. Counseling and Psychotherapy are ‘talking therapies. Counseling can help you to explore your current situation and the possible ways to cope and make changes. Psychotherapy is usually a longer process with a commitment to look at the childhood roots of your difficulties. Psychotherapy is a process of understanding the self and leads to personal growth. Psychotherapy is valuable for sustainable long-term changes. During therapy sessions, we can explore together what is happening for you to understand, process, and overcome your anxiety. Intensive therapy – Online Psychotherapy / Counselling

This is a One-on-One online session.
Duration: This is a double session, with each session for 50 mins and after the first 50 mins session there is a break for 10 mins followed by the second 50 mins session
This format includes two hours of therapy for 6 consecutive days, which equals 12 hours.
Note: Upon completion of registration, the date and time can be fixed by communicating through email. A Zoom link or Google Meet link will be shared with the registered email address.
