Intuitive Counseling – Intuitive readings are 90 minutes, done over a video call, and you will receive a recording after we complete the session.

If you’re ready to, restore and balance your life from burnout, you will benefit from a powerful 75-minute, one-on-one interactive session (remote). 

Each session will include:

1. Breathwork: I will teach you techniques to improve your breathing, which can have a calming effect on the nervous system and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress.
2. Self-Care Education: I will educate you on self-care practices, empowering you to take care of yourself both during and after the program.
3. Stress Reduction: Our session is designed to reduce stress and burnout, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and energized.
4. Mind-Body Connection: We will focus on the connection between the mind and body, helping you improve your overall well-being and prevent future burnout.
