I use a unique combination of techniques that help you recognize your thoughts, patterns and behaviors. To help you reshape your mindset manage your emotions.
After the treatment, we discuss what subtleties were felt, along with guidance and recommendations moving forward. A written summary is also provided.
Each session is tailored to the individual to fit their intentions and needs.
