Hi. I’m Liz.
I’m a longtime change maker and norm shaker in the fields of sustainable development and social change. My journey into this work started with the feelings that I felt the first time I learned about extreme poverty. Since then I’ve been on a path of learning how to listen to those feelings, and the Spirit behind them, in order to be of service to our world.
My intention is to be a witness, friend, soul sister, and compassionate presence for you. I see myself as an incubator for your natural unfolding and growth.
Everything I offer is grounded in my own healing journey and lived experiences, as well as the techniques and experiences of the teachers and professionals I’ve been blessed to work with. I’m highly influenced by AEDP, which works with emotional energy in the body, as opposed to story and analysis. We’ll use right-brain techniques rooted in evidence-based practices to support you to slow down and process emotions from the present and past.

This transformative practice, similar to a prayer request, allows participants to access healing energy from the comfort of their homes, bringing balance, harmony, and vitality to their minds, body, and spirit. To initiate this spiritual journey, simply email me with your healing request and all the necessary details—no need to speak with the practitioner directly. Every Friday at 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time), the Shaman will employ sacred tools like the drum and rattle, connecting deeply to the divine energy, to address each healing request individually. Each session is available for an affordable $25.00 fee, allowing you to embrace the healing possibilities and embark on a path of holistic well-being today.
Steps:
1. Place the order for $25, send a message to [email protected] with your name on it, and choose any Friday between 12 Noon and 1:00 PM. (EST)
2. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address by the Practitioner.
3. On the specified date, which is Friday from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM, choose a quiet spot to relax and recharge. No operating heavy machines or driving. The Healing and Prayer are performed by the practitioner.
4. Drink lots of water after the session, which ends at 1:00 PM.Note: There is no requirement to connect online with the Practitioner as it is a group Healing Prayer session
