Spiritual Coaching Sessions will include a combination of modalities designed to ground you, center you and then help you bring greater levels of consciousness into your daily life. To live in harmony as a spirit and a human.
You will see changes in the way you feel that radiate out into your external world, creating positive effects on your family, friends and others you encounter.
Other effects may include attracting the relationships you want, becoming more clear on your purpose, receiving increased or more direct intuitive guidance and more.
Sessions are typically 1 hour in length, 1-on-1 and on Zoom. Please ask about bundling for at a discounted rate.

Personal healing and transformation Coaching – Sessions focus on integrating your mind, body, emotions and spirit/energy through a variety of techniques. In these sessions we will work to balance your nervous system, release past traumas, bring your body back into a natural state where it functions seamlessly and balance emotions to have a peaceful and light presence in the world.

Return & Refund policy
A refund will be offered if the services are not able to be rendered at the agreed upon time and unable to be rescheduled within a period of two weeks from the original date of scheduling. If the client still wishes to reschedule beyond the two weeks, they may, and no refund will be offered in this case. Packages offered at a discounted rate will not be subject to the refund policy above.
