Sofia Rïsberg

Sofia Risberg, Ph.D., is a former historian who started learning BodyTalk in 2020. After taking courses, she has been intuitively guided to use that modality as a basis to work primarily with animals to help them find assistance with anxiety, trauma, ancestral patterns, and other issues that affect them.

Sofia’s been on a deep spiritual journey since 2009 when her father died (including adopting her spiritual name), to uncover the programs and beliefs that she took on that kept her from knowing and embodying her divinity (which we all carry within us). When she’s not helping animals, she dives deep into nutrition, and explores frequency devices, supplements, and ways to support her body to allow her connection to consciousness to flow more fluidly through her.
