All Big Breakthrough sessions with Damien Hill are booked and paid for in advance through Pranalink using Stripe. You may choose either a 30-minute or 60-minute private session. To ensure the best experience, new clients are encouraged to try the free 15 min introductory session before purchasing a paid session. Booking & Payment Full payment is required before your session. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Payments are handled securely through Stripe at checkout. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to change your appointment time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your session can be rescheduled to a new time within 30 days. Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Session Disclaimer All sessions are designed to support personal clarity, growth, and transformation. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or financial advice or treatment.
Return & Refund policy
All session purchases are non-refundable. Because each booking involves a live, personalised service, refunds are not offered once payment has been processed. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your booked session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions not attended or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are considered forfeited. Please ensure you’re ready to proceed before booking and paying for your session.
