Note: Upon completion of registration, the date and time can be fixed by communicating through email. A Zoom link or Google Meet link will be shared with the registered email address.
Weekly therapy (Counselling or Psychotherapy) is an opportunity to focus on yourself and allow time to process what has been learned during therapy sessions.

Psychotherapy is valuable for sustainable long-term changes.
