One Session Weekly, 50 minutes session

Note: Upon completion of registration, the date and time can be fixed by communicating through email. A Zoom link or Google Meet link will be shared with the registered email address.

Weekly therapy (Counselling or Psychotherapy) is an opportunity to focus on yourself and allow time to process what has been learned during therapy sessions.

I specialize in providing counseling and psychotherapy to professionals who are struggling with anxiety symptoms but want to feel calmer and more content. Counseling and Psychotherapy are ‘talking therapies. Counseling can help you to explore your current situation and the possible ways to cope and make changes. Psychotherapy is usually a longer process with a commitment to look at the childhood roots of your difficulties. Psychotherapy is a process of understanding the self and leads to personal growth. Psychotherapy is valuable for sustainable long-term changes.
