How can I create a buyer account on Pranalink?
A customer can create an account on Pranalink in three steps. The below steps will help you create an account successfully.
- Click on the icon ‘My Account’ [which looks like human vector] at the top right of the Pranalink home page. A ‘sign in’ or ‘register’ button will appear.
- Click on the ‘Register’ button to register as a customer.
- The ‘sign in’ & ‘register’ section is in the same page.
If you are a registered user, you can directly enter your email id and password on the left side of the page under ‘Login’ to login to the platform.
To register as a new user, enter your Email & Password on the right side under Register section and click register button.
Click on the ‘Register’ button to submit the form and register. Make sure you have read and agreed to the Buyer’s terms of services before registration.
Note: You will receive an e-mail confirmation link. You will have to sign in to the registered e-mail id and confirm your account to complete the registration process.
How to Sign in to your Account?
To sign in, click on the icon ‘My Account’ [which looks like human vector] at the top right of the Pranalink home page. A ‘sign in’ or ‘register’ button will appear. Click on the ‘Sign in’ button to Login as an existing user.
The ‘sign in’ & ‘register’ section is in the same page. If you are a registered user, you can directly enter your email id and password on the left side of the page under ‘Login’ to sign in to the platform.
What is Pranalink newsletters?
Pranalink newsletters include interesting energy-related information, latest news and trends to keep you updated. You will receive these by email if you have subscribed to our newsletters.
You may subscribe to our newsletter to receive timely updates. To subscribe:
- Visit our Pranalink website home page
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Find the field saying ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’
- Enter your email address in the text box
- Click on subscribe button
Where can I find/edit my account details?
To view/edit your Pranalink account details:

- You can view all details with regard to your Pranalink account in your account dashboard.
How do I change my password?
To change your Pranalink account password:
- Click on the icon ‘My Account’ [which looks like human vector] at the top right of the Pranalink home page.
- Select the ‘Account Details’ option from the drop-down menu.
- You can change your password by scrolling down to the page.
How do I reset my forgotten password?
In case you forget your Pranalink account password, follow the below steps to reset your password.
- Click on ‘Sign in’ option from the top right of the Pranalink home page.
- Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link below the Login button.
- In the next page enter your registered e-mail address to receive a password reset link and click on the ‘reset password’ button.
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
- On clicking the link, you will be redirected to a new window, where you can enter a new password.
- Re-enter the new password in the ‘confirm password’ field and click on ‘Set a new password’ button.
- Once your password is successfully reset, you may log in to your Pranalink Account using your new password.
How can I delete my Pranalink account?
To delete your account on Pranalink please e-mail us at [email protected].
You can also write to us from our contact page on Pranalink website, requesting to delete your account. Our team will have your account removed on your confirmation.
Can I purchase my products without registering on Pranalink?
To place an order for an item from our website, you need to register and create an account on Pranalink. You cannot proceed to checkout if you are not a registered user.
Creating an account can help you maintain:
- A list of your orders
- View and track your orders
- Wish list products
- Save your shipping and billing details etc.

How do I find a product on Pranalink?
You can go shopping on Pranalink website and use the search bar, filters and sort option to find your required product in the Shop.
You can:
- Filter the products displayed as per your requirements using the filters provided on the left side panel.
- Type the keyword describing your product on the search bar in the Shop to find the product in search results.
How can I find the new arrivals on Pranalink Shop?
You may go to the shop and use the sort option on the top of the shop page to sort the products to ‘sort by latest’ and find the products in the order of latest arrived.
What is Stripe Pay?
Stripe is the payment gateway integrated to Pranalink online marketplace. Stripe facilitates you to make payments for your purchases using your debit or credit cards.
What are the payment methods that I can use? / How can I pay for my purchase?
You can make payments for your purchase using your debit card/ credit card.
The following credit/debit cards are accepted by Stripe payment gateway:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
- UnionPay
How can I save the products I like?
You can add and save the products you like or wish to purchase in your wish list to view later.
While viewing the products on the shop you may:
- Click on the ‘heart’ shaped button which says add to Wishlist on the bottom of the specific product image to like the product and save it to your wish list.
- To go to your wish list, click on the heart shaped icon on the header tab of the Pranalink.
- You can view, update or share your wish list.
How can I save my shipping/billing address?
- Click on the icon ‘My Account’ [which looks like human vector] at the top right of the Pranalink home page.
- Select the first option showing your name from the drop-down menu.
- Select ‘address’ from left side of the page.
- Enter your shipping details.
- Click save.
Where can I find the products that I add to Cart?
Click on ‘cart’ icon at the top right of the Pranalink home page.
You can view the following details in a dialogue box:
- Subtotal amount of the product(s) added to your cart
- Name, price, and quantity of the product(s) added to the cart
- Go to checkout option
- View the cart option
I have a query regarding a product, how can I contact the product seller?
You may click on the corresponding product to visit the product detailed page.
You can:
- Find the shop name of the seller at the top of the product detailed page.
- Click on the shop name to go to the shop profile with all details of the seller.
- To contact the seller, click on the contact option below the shop name.
- A pop-up box will appear.
- You can fill in your query and click on submit to send your query to the seller.
- The seller will get back to you.
How can I find the shipping cost of a product?
The shipping costs is determined by the seller of the product.
Products may:
- Have a fixed shipping fee
- Vary according to your location to where the product is shipped
The fixed shipping fee, if any will be displayed on the product detailed page, just below the ‘Add to cart’ option.
Any shipping fee applicable to specific locations will be automatically applied on checkout based on your shipping address.
You can find the amount of shipping fee charged on your checkout page in the billing amount breakdown.
How is tax on my purchase applied?
The taxes will be calculated on checkout based on your location to where the product is shipped.
You can find the amount of tax collected on your checkout page in the billing amount breakdown.
How can I contact Pranalink customer support?
You can visit our ‘contact us’ page on the footer of website and reach out to us.
You can:
- Fill out the form and submit your query
- Email us at [email protected] for website support

Note: Pranalink help is limited to help with using the Pranalink website. All product queries need to be sent directly to the vendor/seller.
How can I checkout my purchase?
To check out and place your order:
- Click on the cart icon on the top right of your homepage.
- If you want to edit the cart with quantity or apply any coupon, you have to click ‘view cart’.
- On clicking the ‘checkout’ option, you will be redirected to a new window where you can fill up your billing details with shipping address details (address where you want the product(s) to be shipped to).
- In case your billing address is different from your shipping address, check the option ‘Ship to a different address?’, provide the address for billing, and click on the ‘update’ option.
- If you have a discount code, click on the ‘Have a coupon?’, enter your discount code, and click on the ‘Apply discount’ to apply the discount.

How do I cancel my order?
To return or cancel a product once ordered, you can contact the vendor.
Check on the vendor policies to determine whether the vendor provides a return or cancellation option.
How can I find the return policies on products?
Each shop will have specific return and refund policies. Before you make a purchase, make sure you check on the policies of the vendor.
To know more about the vendor:
- Click on the product you wish to purchase.
- You will be taken to the product page, showing details of the product and the name of the seller.
- Click on the name of the seller.
- You will be redirected to the seller page where you can see:
- All the products of that specific seller
- Read about the shop
- View contact information
- Read reviews from other buyers
- The section containing shipping policy, shop policy, return & refund policy
How can I receive my refund?
Cancellation/Refund policies are specific to each shop.
You may contact the seller from whom the product was purchased to discuss your queries regarding a refund.
You will receive the refund through the same payment method used to purchase the item.
How can I submit a review on a product?
For sellers to build their credibility, reviews are really important. Your review also helps other buyers know about your experience of buying from the shop.
To write a review:
- Go to the shop homepage.
- Select the specific product that you wish to write a review.
- Scroll down.
- Click on the ‘reviews’ option where you can write a review regarding your experience with the shop.
How can I submit a review on a Shop?
To submit a review on a Shop from which you have made purchases:
- Go to the shop page.
- Next to the shop profile, you can find the ‘Write a review’ button.
- You can rate the shop based on attributes like price, value and quality.
- You can also enter your review in the feedback form and submit your review.
- The review will be posted on the shop page.
What can I do if my required product is out of stock?
If any of your required products is out of stock:
- You can contact the seller and request to update the stock.
- Check back frequently to see if the item comes back in stock.
Where can I view my order details?
Once your order is placed:
- Click on the icon ‘My Account’ [which looks like human vector] at the top right of the Pranalink home page.
- Go to ‘My Purchases’ from the drop-down list.
- You can view the list and details of all orders you have placed.
- Also, you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address once the order is placed, with all the details of your order.
How can I track my order shipment?
Click on the ‘track your order’ on top of any page in Pranalink to track the current status of your order.
- A new window will appear.
- Enter your order id [found in your order confirmation email] and billing email [email used during checkout]
- Click ‘track’.
- You will be redirected to a new window, where you can see the shipment status of your product.
Note: The ‘Order shipment’ tab will be active on your dashboard, only if the vendor updates the tracking information of your order in his/her dashboard.

How can I post a complaint on an item/seller?
If you have any concern with regard to a product and the seller, we request you to first reach out to the seller and try to resolve the issues.
If you don’t receive any response from the seller to your complaint or you are not satisfied with the response received, you can mail to us at [email protected].
Pranalink provides a platform connecting a seller and a buyer but has no obligation to resolve any disputes between the two.
As in other platforms providing this service, it is important to the integrity of the platform for buyers to avail themselves of the review function to reward good vendors and discourage bad behaviour.

How can I share my ideas or suggestions to Pranalink?
You can share your ideas or provide suggestions and feedback on topics by email to [email protected] or visit our contact page and write to us by submitting the contact form. You can also let us know if you have a suggestion for additional topics. We value your suggestions and feedback.
I have an energy related article or blog to publish, will Pranalink publish this on your website?
Yes, Pranalink welcomes content and ideas from people. You can submit your articles directly on our website.
Steps to submit your article:
- Click on ‘reference material’ from top navigation menu.
- Click ‘submit a topic’.
- Enter your name, your email.
- Enter the topic title.
- Select topic category from the drop-down list.
- Enter the content of the reference material.
- Click ‘submit topic’.
- You will see ‘Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly.’
Pranalink team will review your content and if found genuine, unique or interesting, we will either add your content on our educate section or will upload it in our engage section as a guest blogger, with your consent.
Who is the author of content posted on educate section?
Pranalink has dedicated research and content development team with people having in-depth knowledge on energy-related topics. They work on each topic – discuss each topic with different energy workers, take their suggestions, refer website links, books, interesting products etc. and put together all the collected information into an article that can help you know more about each topic.

Does Pranalink review all blogs manually to ensure that they’re genuine?
Yes, the Pranalink team will screen and approve all blogs manually and publish them only after determining its authenticity and relevance. What action can I take against a comment on my blog?
Pranalink will attempt to help our guest bloggers by removing any comments made by Pranalink users that the blogger deems disrespectful to the blogger/ content.

What does Pranalink experience section do?
The best way to understand an energy modality is to experience it firsthand. Our intention is to build a global database of energy practitioners to facilitate this experience for our network.
Through the Experience section of Pranalink, Energy workers/practitioners can apply for a free listing of their practice, to help people looking for such services to reach out to them.
We request the people who are not practitioners to be patient while we build this service.
What service do Pranalink provide to Practitioners?
Pranalink can help you build a digital presence and publish your profile online for free so that more customers can discover your practice, find more information about you and reach out to you.
Pranalink being a website specifically for alternative medicine & subtle body knowledge seekers, we will be displaying your details to the right users.
You can find a link in the Experience section with an application form to enter your details, which you can submit for a free listing for your energy practice on our website.
Does Pranalink collect listing fees?
Currently, Pranalink does not charge any fee for listing your practice/clinic as a practitioner. Pranalink reserves rights to change our policies from time to time, which will be communicated to our users.
How do I list my practice/clinic on Pranalink? / How do I get myself listed as a Practitioner on Pranalink?
To list your energy practice/clinic on Pranalink:
- Visit the Experience section on our website.
- Find ‘free listing’.
- Enter your details on the next page.
- Pranalink team will review and list your details on our website.
You will receive a confirmation email, once your details are listed on the website. You can check back to find yourself listed.
What to do after completing the Application form?
Once you’ve completed all the sections of your application form — your details as well as the clinic details, you can submit the form.
On successfully submitting the form, your details have been sent to Pranalink.
After review, Pranalink team will send you a confirmation email and your practice will be listed on Pranalink.

Does Pranalink provide any support for customer service between practitioner and potential client?
No. Currently, Pranalink as a platform does not provide any further experience services other than a listing. If you get an enquiry from a potential client through our website, all further communications should be done between you and your client. We will not provide any further support services.
How will I get enquirers from clients through Pranalink?
Once you have listed your details, including the contact details as a practitioner on our experience section, interested persons can access your contact information from our website and contact you directly.
As Pranalink is a website specifically for alternative medicine & subtle body knowledge seekers, you should reach the right target market.
What measures does Pranalink have in place for the protection of user security and privacy?
Safety of Practitioner data is always on our priority. Pranalink will only list and display the details that we are authorized to display by the Practitioner by entering and submitting the application form.
Also, Pranalink will not share any verification documents if shared with us (ID proof, qualification certificate etc.) to any users or other third parties.
How can I remove my listing?
Once listed as a practitioner, if you wish to remove your details from our website, you may send us a deletion request to [email protected].
Seller
How do I know if my products are out of stock?
Pranalink will send you a ‘Low Stock’ notification to your registered email id when your product stock is low and we think it is a good time to refill your stock. Or you can see the quantity of the stock from your dashboard.
How do I know when an order is placed for my product?
Pranalink will send you an ‘Order Placed’ notification to your registered email on an order being placed for a product on your shop.
You can also view the list of your orders received and their status in your vendor dashboard, in the ‘Orders’ section.
How can I remove my Shop/Account?
To remove your account/shop on Pranalink, please e-mail us at [email protected]. We will evaluate the status of your orders and payments and initiate procedures to remove your Pranalink account.
How do I pay my shop fees?
Currently, there are no shop fees or listing fees for your first 100 listings. Pranalink offers you a free listing, up to your 100th product listing.
Transaction fees and payment gateway fees still apply.
The Pranalink fees, as well as the payment gateway charges for the sales on your shop, will be automatically deducted by Stripe before the amount for sales is credited to your bank account through Stripe.
How do I edit my profile?
You can edit your shop and profile information in your vendor dashboard.
To edit your vendor profile once created:
- Click on the vendor profile from ‘my account’.
- Click ‘general’ – edit first name, last name, email if desired.
- Click ‘shop’ – edit shop name, phone number if desired.
- Connect to stripe to receive payments.
- Fill in your address details.
- Write a short description about your shop.
- Describe how your business started and evolved, and your vision for the business.
- Mention the key highlights of your shop, the initial drive to start your shop, how your business has grown over the period, and other interesting details that may help buyers to connect with your brand on a personal level.
- Try to describe your shop in your unique way.
- Click ‘image’ – upload user image, shop logo, banner image.
- Click save.
- Click ‘social media’ – In this section, you can provide your shop page links to Social Media sites.
- Click save.
What are the general terms and conditions to Sell on Pranalink?

What is Stripe?
Stripe is the payment gateway integrated to Pranalink online marketplace.
To sell on Pranalink and receive payments, every vendor must have a Stripe account connected to their Pranalink vendor account.

How can I initiate a refund?
Click to view our video user guide on how to initiate a refund to you customer.
To initiate a refund:
- Go to vendor dashboard
- Go to ‘Orders’ from the menu bar on left
- Under the ‘view’ column click on the ‘order’ option corresponding to the specific order you want to update.
- Click on ‘Credit memo’ on the top right of the screen.
- A credit memo will be created for the order to initiate the refund.
- You can edit the information in the credit memo as required.
- If you want the item returned to add up to your existing stock of the product, check the checkbox below ‘Return to stock’ option in the ‘Items to Refund’ panel.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Credit Memo window, to find the Refund option.
- Click on the ‘Refund’ option to initiate a refund.
- On clicking refund, the amount received on the order will be automatically deducted from your Stripe account and refunded to the buyer.
- You will be brought back to the Manage Order page.
- On a refund being successfully processed through your Stripe account, you can find the order status as ‘Refunded’.
You can also process refunds by logging into your Stripe account.
Through Stripe:
- Login to your Stripe account.
- You can view the list of payments you have received by clicking on the ‘Payments’ option on the left of your Stripe Dashboard.
- You can view the order number as well as the customer name in the description column for each payment.
- Click on the corresponding payment to the detailed page.
- Click on the ‘Refund’ button on the top right of the window.
- You can enter the amount to be refunded (wholly/partially).
- Check the checkbox for ‘Refund application fee’ if your refund is including the application fee charged for the order.
- Choose the reason for the refund and add the details if you prefer.
- Click on the ‘Refund’ option to proceed.
This being a refund initiated through Stripe, the order status will not be updated on your Pranalink account.
You can log in to your Pranalink account, go to your vendor dashboard and click on ‘Refund offline’ option from the corresponding ‘Manage your order’ page to update the order status as refunded.
How do I list multiple products in my shop?
Click ‘Mass Upload’ from Dashboard. Here you can Upload your multiple products as a CSV file for easy uploading.
Can I have multiple shops on Pranalink?
You can only create and sell on one shop using a single Pranalink account.
If you require multiple shops, you will need to use different email addresses to set up a separate account for each shop.
Where can I find the application fees charged for an order?
You can find all details of an order received on your shop, under the ‘Orders’ section on your vendor dashboard.
On clicking ‘Orders’ option under the vendor dashboard, you can see your order history.
How to re-stock my products?
To re-stock your products or update the current stock of products:
- Click ‘Product list’ from dashboard.
- Click ‘inventory’.
- To enter the quantity of the stock, input it under ‘Enable stock management at product level’.
What are the fees and payments to Sell on Pranalink?
FREE LISTING!
Pranalink offers a free listing of products up to the first 100 listings.
The listing will be chargeable at $0.20 per listing after 100 listings on our website.
TRANSACTION FEE
Transaction Fee
2.9% + 30¢ Payment processing fee*
Pranalink charges a percentage of transaction fee per transaction, applied to the basic product price plus shipping.
Pranalink Transaction Fees percentage –
- For products – 6.5%
- Services – 6.5%
- Corporate products – 10%
- Corporate services – 20%
- Digital products – 20%
- Support for workshops – 50%
The payment gateway (Stripe) charges of 2.9% + 30¢ are applicable on every transaction through Pranalink on the total transaction amount including shipping and taxes.
Stripe charges an additional 1.5% for international cards, i.e., the applicable payment processing fee will be 4.4% + 30¢ for international transactions.
The transaction fee and payment gateway charges will be deducted automatically before the sales amount is credited to your account. The net amount after the fees is credited by Stripe to your bank account registered to your Stripe account.
