I'm currently registered with AiCo, which is a professional body for the education, training, accreditation, and regulation of counselors in Italy. In my private practice as a Counselor, I offer a safe space where people can open up and get in touch with their emotions, feelings, and limiting beliefs.

In this inner exploration, it is possible to find connections: what happened in the past that is still "affecting" the present. I also provide tools that enhance daily awareness and self-regulation in those everyday situations of stress and anxiety. I also have a background as a Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness teacher.
