I help women mend their hearts with Self Love through tools and techniques I have learned on my own healing journey. Having worked one on one with women for nearly 30 years, and surviving a 19 year verbally abusive relationship, I have learned many life skills and techniques through my own healing journey. My last several years have been spent working with therapists and coaches to heal myself. I have received certifications in Holy Fire Reiki 1&2, Tarot Card Certification 1&2 and The Art of Card Reading with many of the worlds most well known Card Readers, including Collette Baron-Reid, Kyle Gray & Radleigh Valentine.

My mission is to bring awareness to Verbal Abuse & to help women, like myself, reclaim, or find for the first time, their self worth and learn to fall in love with themselves. The tools I have gained in my own journey have proven valuable to assist in recovering from long term trauma from Verbal Abuse. They have helped me, and others I have worked with, to build confidence and learn to value who they are. Also, to gain unconditional self-Love along with the courage to do what’s best for themselves, in turn receiving, allowing and attracting true love into their lives.
