As a certified Soma Breath Master and Rapid Transformational Therapist, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact these practices can have on one’s life. In my late 30s, I began to notice shifts in my health and well-being that I had previously overlooked. Not one to frequently visit the doctor, I found myself exploring alternative health solutions that ultimately transformed my life.
My journey into Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was a thrilling new adventure, completely different from my career in the Tourism industry! My curiosity about how our minds work and how we shape our beliefs sparked a fire in me. In 2020, I jumped into the RTT online classrooms course, which opened up a whole new world of understanding and allowed me to sharpen my skills. By December 2020, I proudly graduated as an RTT Practitioner, and in June 2021, I completed the RTT Live professional course, conducting live sessions under the expert guidance of Marisa Peer and her fantastic training team. This experience not only deepened my knowledge but also officially qualified me as a certified RTT Therapist and Hypnotherapist. Along my own journey, I have been delighted to discover the wide array of issues that can be effectively addressed through this transformative approach.
