I am a Spiritual Life Coach. I have been a student of life for nine years now. I adore observing and understanding more of the human condition. I foster compassionate listening and mindful presence.

I am a member of Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment. I truly enjoy the library for researching, reading and further enlightenment. I enjoy going into the meditation room and sitting with myself and meditating and praying. in addition I enjoy going out to the Zen garden and sitting or grounding and observing and praying.

I am a student of Awakened Academy. They are a sacred spiritual coaching & business training program academy. I have been a student with them for over 2 1/2 years now and spent time learning about holistic, homeopathic and mind,body and soul alignment wellness.

I also am a writer for Medium online social journal platform. I write stories on my personal experiences and my observations on wellness tools for abundant living.
