In this space I offer my support as CONSULTANT - ADVISOR - CONTENT CREATOR. This in different areas with which I have been involved throughout my career and that are part of my life EXPERIENCE. I am also looking for a SPONSOR who is interested in my work.

I have been a YOGA instructor and practitioner since the 70s.

I learned from a MASTER for 8 years. I practice TRADITIONAL YOGA with the addition that gives the scientific vision of the profession.

YOGA has been a fundamental part of my life (PHYSICALLY - MENTALLY - SPIRITUALLY). I certified as a YOGA INSTRUCTOR in 2015.

On the other hand, along this path, I studied HR MANAGEMENT while I served as Head of a Medical Unit (for 13 years), being a "Civil Leader" within a Military field, with care, teaching and administrative functions.

I carried out SPORTS COACH work in Children's - Training Categories, as a medical advisor and in promoting leadership and Teamwork, within disciplines such as Basketball - Football - Baseball.

In these times, already with the experience of having ventured into DIGITAL MARKETING (since 2019), and with the vision of the future stimulated by my son (Social Communicator - Multimedia Creator - Graphic Designer - Publicist), I dedicated myself to studying and formalizing my status completing the DIGITAL MARKETING - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER diploma.
