Kathy Mayeda is a SF Bay Area native who was inspired by her endurance horse to learn all about the Mind Body Spirit connection through Upledger’s Craniosacral Therapy., Equinology,, acupressure and Distance Healing from The Core. With the specificity learned through extensive studies of horse and human anatomy, she can accurately assess and enable the client body’s own innate healing abilities to dissipate energy blocks for more ease and flow in life. Sessions can be performed with a meditative connection in person with soft touch craniosacral therapy or by dialoging through a zoom call.
