My passion is to help people unleash their inner power and achieve their goals through advanced Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki, Life Coaching, and other natural healing methods. One-on-one sessions are now virtual only, but group sessions, as well as speaking engagements and teaching can be online or in-person. Topics include Guided Meditation, EFT, Stress Management Techniques, Law of Attraction, and Body Syndromes.
