I began my career as a physical therapist and simultaneously embarked on my own journey of personal and spiritual growth. I quickly expanded into experimenting with energy and freeing the mind, body and emotions in many interesting ways for the benefit of myself so that I could better serve my clients. I found a combination of multiple modalities worked best to bring about balance, harmony, sustainable personal growth and healing, as most clients need all of these things to truly feel like themselves again. I've integrated all of the practices into the services I provide:

-Deep Transformational Coaching
-Neuro-Energetic Exercise Classes

I specialize in facilitating healing/changes in:
-physical pain or discomfort
-emotional pain/blockages
-energetic/less tangible imbalances (not feeling grounded)
-mental barriers (busy mind)
