Garlic Tincture – Garlic (Allium) can be taken internally 2-3 times a day as well as massaging your acne with a raw garlic clove or tincture, 2 times a day. Basil Tincture
Basil Tincture – Basil (Ocimum basilicum) has been shown to kill bacteria on the skin surface. Apply this tincture directly to the skin surface on a compress. Angel’s Mist Fennel Essential Oil – Fennel is a perennial, pleasant-smelling herb with yellow flowers. It is native to the Mediterranean, but is now found throughout the world. Dried fennel seeds are often used in cooking as an anise-flavored spice. But don’t confuse fennel with anise; though they look and taste similar, they are not the same. Fennel’s dried ripe seeds and oil are used to make medicine.

People take black pepper for stomach upset, bronchitis, and cancer. They take white pepper for stomach upset, malaria, cholera, and cancer.
