I am a spiritual healer, empathic intuitive, sound therapist, and Life coach. I have been helping people heal their trauma and move on from boyfriends who were not nice for over 20 years. I have always been fascinated by the power of energy and its ability to heal and transform. My journey into energy healing began when I experienced a personal health crisis. Traditional medicine was not providing the relief I needed, so I turned to alternative healing modalities.

Through my exploration, I discovered the profound benefits of energy healing and became passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. I have learned and studied various energy healing techniques, including Reiki, crystal sound therapy, and chakra balancing. I also delved into spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and intuitive healing.

Driven by my desire to help others, I decided to establish Shanara Sacred Energy Healing Center LLC. The center serves as a sanctuary for individuals seeking healing, balance, self-love, healing oneself self, and spiritual growth. I offer personalized energy healing sessions, workshops, and classes to empower individuals on their healing journey and self-discovery journey.
