The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is based on gently tapping with the fingertips on specific points of the body, located at the ends of energy meridians. These points are selected for their sensitivity and ease of access for stimulation. Meridians are energy channels through which life energy (qi) flows according to traditional Chinese medicine.
Disruptions in their function can lead to emotional and physical problems.
✨ EFT is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific meridian points to support emotional and physical wellbeing. It could help to:

The practice is safe and simple: tapping is performed on points on the head, face, chest, and hands.
